1 Click Recommend lets you easily, securely, privately and instantly share web content among contacts you approve.

1 Click Recommend, unlike conventional referral systems, does not require you to manually enter recipient data each time you’d like to share something with others. Instead, 1 Click Recommend enables you to easily build and maintain a list of contacts online. Each time you find something you'd like to share with your contacts, simply click a 1 Click Recommend link on that page*, select recipients from your list of contacts, and hit 'Send'. That's all you need to do. (See how it works).

You also can create groups of contacts who share a similar interest, and forward content to an entire group in a single step.

And, since 1 Click Recommend only lets you share content among contacts you approve, you will not have to worry about spam or content from anonymous users reaching you. 1 Click Recommend, or a web site, does not use or access any of your or your contacts data in the process either, making it safe and secure to share content online.

1 Click Recommend also offers you several convenience features, like being able to receive what’s shared with you at a preset time or interval, and filters that prevent the same content reaching you more than once. You also can easily block contacts on your list from whom you do not wish to receive referrals, and stop receiving referrals from all your contacts too if you choose to.

To get started, all you do is sign up once for an account, add or invite contacts, and you're ready to go.

1 Click Recommend does not require access to contacts in your e-mail or other accounts, or require any additional programs or tool bars on your browser to work, and is entirely free to use.

1ClickRecommend now has new features and a simplified sign up process

One account does it all

Effective June 23rd, 2008, it is possible for all users on 1ClickRecommend to sign up web sites for the 1ClickRecommend service using their existing 1ClickRecommend accounts. This option was previously available to only users who created a Web Master account on 1ClickRecommend.com. Also effective June 23rd, 2008, 1ClickRecommend requires users to create and login to only a single account, which enables users to both sign up sites for the 1ClickRecommend service, as well as use 1ClickRecommend to share and discover web content with others. This is unlike the previous version which required users to set up a Web Master account in order to be able to sign up sites for the 1ClickRecommend service. All new and existing accounts will now contain a full set of features currently available in both Viewer and Web Master accounts. This move makes it possible for all users on 1ClickRecommend to sign up sites for the 1ClickRecommend service and requires users to create and maintain only a single account rather than separate Viewer and Web Master accounts.

The URL to sign up for an account (Http://www.1clickrecommend.com/user), and login to an account (Http://www.1clickrecommend.com/login), is now common for all. There are no longer separate Viewer and Web Master accounts on 1ClickRecommend.com.

Sign Up for Web Sites simplified

Signing up Web Sites for the 1ClickRecommend service no longer requires you to provide an "E-mail with the domain you are signing up", or any other details, other than the URL of the site you'd like to sign up. You also no longer need to wait for a verification or confirmation E-mail in order to complete the sign up process for your web site. It's now possible to start using 1ClickRecommend on your site as soon as you've signed it up.

Support for sub-domains

1ClickRecommend now enables you to sign up sub-domains for the service (Eg:subdomain.domain.com). This feature was absent in the previous version.
