Park Hill
Systems Privacy Policy
1ClickRecommend
is a Service which enables you to forward the URL of a Web site or Web page to
other users who approve you, and receive the URL of a Web site or Web page
which other users you approve send you.
1ClickRecommend
knows that you care about how your personal information is used and shared and
we take your privacy very seriously. The following policy summarizes the
various ways that Park Hill Systems (“Park Hill Systems”, “we”
or “our”) treats the information you (“you”, “your”)
provide when using the 1ClickRecommend Web site. Please read the following to
learn more about our privacy policy. By visiting the 1ClickRecommend Web site
or using the 1ClickRecommend service you are accepting the practices outlined
in this privacy policy.
This privacy
policy applies whether you sign up as a Viewer or a Web master. Clauses
specific to Web Masters begin with “If you are a Web Master”. Clauses
specific to Viewers begin with “If you are a viewer”. Where neither of
these appears, the clauses apply to both Web Masters as well as Viewers.
This privacy
policy covers 1ClickRecommends treatment of personal information that
1ClickRecommend collects when you are on the 1ClickRecommend Web site and when
you use the 1ClickRecommend service. This policy does not apply to the practices
that 1ClickRecommend does not own or control, or individuals that
1ClickRecommend does not own or manage. This Privacy Policy does not cover
information collected elsewhere, including without limitation offline and on
sites linked to or from the website or referrals. If you cannot agree with the
Terms and Conditions of the Privacy Policy, please do not use the Web site.
In addition
to reviewing the Privacy Policy, please read our Terms of Service. Your use of
the web site constitutes agreement to its Terms and Conditions as well. This
Privacy Policy may be modified from time to time; the date of the most recent
revision will appear on this page. Please check back often. Continued access of
the web site by you will constitute your acceptance of any changes or revision
to the Privacy Policy.
Information collected by 1ClickRecommend
We only
collect personal information that is relevant to the purpose of our web site,
which is to enable users to discover and share information with one another.

with this objective. We collect the following types of information from our
1ClickRecommend users.

provide to us in any way. You can choose not to provide us with information,
but then you may not be able to use our services.

password. If you sign up as a Web Masters, you will be required to provide an
email address with the domain of the site you are registering.
- Automatic information:
- We record and store
certain types of information whenever you interact with us, including without
limitation the type of browser software you use, the operating system you are
running, the web site that referred you, your Internet Protocol (IP) address,
date and time of request, 1ClickRecommend cookie information and the page that
you requested. 1ClickRecommend uses the data to help diagnose problems with the
service, analyze trends and administer the Web site. You IP address is usually
associated with the place from which you enter the Internet, like your Internet
Service Provider, your computer or university.
- 1ClickRecommend may collect and, on any page, display total counts that the page has been
viewed.
- Many companies offer programmes that help you to view web sites anonymously. While

How we use the information collected from you.
Because 1ClickRecommend enables people to discover and share information with one
another, information about the people who use 1ClickRecommend is an integral
part of the 1ClickRecommend experience.
Whether you are a viewer or Web master, rest assured that we neither rent, nor sell your
personal information to anyone and that we will share your personal information

web site cannot directly approach you through this site in any way. A web site will
not and cannot know you referred it or who you referred it to. A web site or
your contacts do now know who the other contacts on your list are or what sites
you refereed or to whom you referred these sites to or the number of sites you
referred. Your personal contact data is not used anywhere in the process except
to deliver referrals sent to you.
If you are a Web Master, rest assured that no viewer comes across your private information,
and cannot contact you through information on the site. 1ClickRecommend however
does maintain a list of the top 1000 sites recommend daily. This will display
the URL of your site and other details but not your personal data.
